Sr. Pastor Steve Sorensen Pastor Steve Sorensen's education includes a Masters of Divinity, a Masters in Christian Education from Talbot Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Intercultural Studies from Biola University. Pastor Steve has has studied Biblical history and Holy Land geography in Israel and post graduate work in World Religions and Missions. He and his wife Marty are former missionaries to Africa. They have two sons, Matthew and Michael and have lived in the Coachella Valley for 15 years.
Pastor Greg Chastain Pastor Greg leads teams at JPL that are responsible for Celebration Arts, Business and Operations. His background as a business owner, music producer and band leader give him the unique experience to help Pastor Steve lead JPL. His creative talent sets the tone for JPL by bringing excellence to the environment and inspiration in praise and worship. His prayer is "Lord Let Me Help Them Sing!" Greg is married to Lindy who is the Connection Power Ministries Leader and together are raising a son "Luke" and daughter " Christa."
